After a long morning and part of the afternoon on a beautiful Sunday, I am happy to report that I managed to complete the London Marathon. My running time was 5hrs 07mins with a total time of 5hrs 19 mins (12 mins to cross the start line). It was a great race but an awful run for me. In the end human spirit, sore legs, and litres of water and Lucozade won the day as I managed to complete the course.
The support along the way was phenomenal and helped me tremendously. So for those of you that were supporting, whether you saw me or not. Thanks you guys were a big help.
