We help Sheffield’s NHS to cover costs their NHS budgets can’t.
Story
In Nov 2003 our son Corey was born 12 wks early weighing 2lb 2oz. It was one of the scariest times of our lives. Corey had many problems including having to have surgery and spent 5 long months in the Neonatal and Special Care Baby Units at Jessops Hospital in Sheffield. Without the expertise of the staff there Corey wouldn't be with us today. They were also invaluable in providing support and friendship for myself and my wife. So we would like to give something back and i am therefore organising my second fundraising event to raise money for the unit. Between the 20th - 24th June 2007 i shall be cycling from London to Sheffield averaging around 50 miles per day.
All monies raised will go to the Neonatal and Special Care Baby Units. You can visit Coreys site here and also see my training in progress here.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Sheffield Hospitals Charitable Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
