I've never run further than to the shops for a packet of cigarettes before,
so it really is a serious commitment for me.

The main reasons I am running this half marathon are:
1) my ego
2) to make my bum less huge
3) to help me quit smoking.

Moral blackmail section:
the harder I train the less I smoke,
so by donating money you're
encouraging me to train,
thus saving my life:-)!


It would be really nice if did more than the above shallow selfish things, though.

MSF do amazing work helping some of the world's least fortunate people
in some of the worlds worst disaster areas.

They really do what it says on the tin.

Please dig deep and donate those pounds euros and dollars!
