As unlikely as it seems, on Sunday 30 October I will be 'running' around the streets of Portsmouth in the Great South Run with my wife Gem - www.justgiving.com/gemma-tumelty We will be tackling the 10 mile course for the charity Kick4Life www.kick4life.org.

Kick4Life uses the unique power of sport to tackle poverty and disease, and promote development, in Lesotho, southern Africa. Lesotho has the third highest HIV prevalence in the world and more than 100,000 children have been orphaned by the disease.
