Story
In light of the tragic events that unfolded in Manchester on Monday 22nd May 2017, we are raising money to help support the families of the victims who tragically lost their lives, those who have suffered injuries and anyone affected physically and emotionally by the events.
Manchester is our city and witnessing the united strength of the community in and around the North West and nationally has given us motivation to set up this page and get involved in supporting in any way we can. As a city we are strong and as a united community we are stronger.
100% of the funds raised will be donated to registered charities who are supporting the victims and families affected by the Manchester bombing. We've set the page up as Crowdfunding as there are multiple charities we want to support rather than a single one. We'll keep you updated with the specific charities that will be supported via our page.

8 years agoThe funds raised will be distributed to those that need it the most including The We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, established by the British Red Cross and the Lord Mayor of Manchester. We also want to support the family of one of the local victims, 8 year old Saffie Rose Roussos who was the youngest victim and is from Tarleton. The Plaice is her dad’s business in Leyland and there are campaigns for funds to pay the bills whilst the business is closed therefore some of the funds will go towards helping them.
