Story

Master Tony Ward of the Worshipful Company of Constructors Livery Company will undertake a "No Strings Attached" parachute jump from an aeroplane at 13,000 feet, to raise much needed funds to help Treloar's continue its life transforming work.

Please donate generously to help me reach my target of £30k to procure an innovative ‘Jaco Robot Arm’ a cutting edge piece of technology that will literally transform the lives of the disabled youngsters, who are educated and cared for at Treloar School and College in Hampshire.

This will help them in so many ways to achieve independent living and together with their powered wheelchairs, will enable them to do those everyday things that we all take for granted, such as picking up a drink, which at present many of them can’t do unassisted.

Treloar School and College for Disabled Children and Young Adults

(Registered charity number 1092857)

Treloar's was set up in 1908 by the then Lord Mayor of London, Lord Mayor Treloar for the education and care of disabled children.

The students at Treloar’s are contending with the most complex physical disabilities and many have Cerebral Palsy and Muscular Dystrophy. Unfortunately with these disabilities come further challenges such as learning difficulties, communication, medical and dietary issues and life-limiting conditions.

The staff provide unswerving dedication to the care and education of the students and this is only matched by the courage, high level of engagement and sense of fun of the students at the School and College.
