Watford Council Chairwoman, Cllr Dawn Allen-Williamson and other participants will be undertaking a sponsored walk in Cassiobury Park on Saturday 14 September to raise money for her two chosen charities Ngorli CIC and Manna Foodbank.
About the charities
Ngorli CIC: Enhancing the educational experiences of children by offering supplementary out-of-school tuition for youngsters from diverse backgrounds. This includes initiatives including their Saturday School and Mentorship Programme.
Manna Food Bank: Operating from Elim Church hall on Leavesden Road, this charity provides essential food support to those in the community struggling due to the cost-of-living crisis.
