Sadly, the Public Access Defibrillator located at Upper Gornal Methodist Church has recently been stolen from our commuity. A defibrillator can be used to deliver a lifesaving shock to the heart of a patient suffering a cardiac arrest And has one purpose .... to save lives.

The stolen defibrillator was fundraised by St John volunteers for the benefit of our conmunity. We hope to raise £1000 to purchase a repelacement defibrillator, more secure storage cabinet and install CCTV to provide enhanced security.
