Hello my name is Ty-Elisse and on Tuesday 12feb at the age of 14 i sadly fell asleep for the final time and lost my battle.

From birth i was diagnosed with epilepsy, and then cerebral palsy. Every day of my life was a struggle and i had many of battles to stay alive and strong.

My mummy, Daddy and my 2 brothers have looked after me every day of my life, and gave me the best life i could have.

It was very hard, i couldnt walk, communicate, eat or even play with my family and friends.

Me leaving has been very hard on my family and they miss me so very much, but the Angels called me home and now my family are preparing to say their final goodbyes.

Please coild you help them, any donation no matter how small will mean the world to my mum and Dad and i know they want to give me the best they can.
