On Sunday 19th May 2024 a team of 7 cyclists, Charlie Dowson, Dylan Atwell, Jo Read, Charles, Jerry Cichon +2, are cycling in the Somerset 100 (35m, 100K or 100miles) We are a mixed ability group and between us we are cycling 600miles on the challenging Mendip Hills.

Sweet Track Counselling Agency is a counselling service that provides affordable counselling support and eco-talking therapy. The NAT Project (Nature Assisted Therapy) is a venture providing preventative support for young people and young adults who are struggling with their mental health, are in personal crises, or feeling suicidal.

It helps to talk. Our goal is to offer counselling, both 1:1 and in group activities. This either takes place indoors in a safe environment, or outdoors in a green environment, utilising the qualities of eco-therapy.

We understand the challenges posed by financial constraints and long waiting lists, which is why we offer an opportunity for anyone to benefit from counselling, quickly and with ease. Our agency warmly welcomes adults from the age of 16+.
