Hi, I'm Kate, and I’m taking on a tough but inspiring challenge to raise £500 in support of the St Mirren Women & Girls Academy.

Along with a group of friends, I’ll be walking the Borders Abbeys Way — that’s 68 miles over 6 days, visiting four stunning medieval abbeys and wild camping each night. No hotels, no comfy beds — just tents, walking boots, and determination!

Why? Because I believe in what St Mirren Women & Girls Academy is doing to support female footballers of all ages. From grassroots to senior squad, the Academy is helping to create opportunities, build confidence, and empower the next generation of girls in football.
