We are all aware of the horrific situation going on in Ukraine. There are now more than 1.3 million Ukrainians that have fled since the Russian invasion began. These people left their homes with nothing.

Since Thursday 3rd March, we have been accepting aid donations such as nappies, baby wipes, toiletries, pet food, sleeping bags, sanitary products, food etc from generous members of the public. We have been overwhelmed by the response and are now in a position where we will have enough aid to fill a lorry and start working on filling enough for a second trip.

The reason for setting up this JustGiving page is because we have had many messages regarding financial donations from people who want to help with the cost of the transport.

The transport is going to cost around £2000.00 per trip. Any surplus donations toward the transport will be given to the Red Cross but we hope to send as many vehicles as possible whilst the aid donations are still coming in thick and fast!
