Welcome to Rossco's 12 hour gym challenge in aid of Johnnie's Journey & NET Cancer Awareness. Team member Ross Clyde will take on a grueling challenge by spending 12 hours straight in the gym. He will doing countless activities & sets during this time. Multiple 5k Runs, Bike, Body Combat, Zumba, Pilates, Weights, Spin/Circuits, Yoga and much more. Running from 07:00 - 19:00 on 25/02/22 at the Fountain Spa Leisure Club, Kings Manor Hotel. Any donation is greatly appreciated and helps us to continue the message.

Hi there, I'm Johnnie Meechan, a 45 year old married father of 5. I'm battling cancer for the second time in my life, Originally a bone cancer which resulted in a leg amputation after a long grueling fight to survive. Cancer returned 6 years ago in my Liver & Duodenum and I was diagnosed as terminally ill. Since diagnosis I have spent the time I have left raising the awareness of Neuroendocrine (NET) cancer, running multiple fundraisers & NET awareness events. Along with my small team and some family members we have raised tens of thousands which has allowed me to continue raising awareness whilst helping others.
