In memory

Story

Phil Kynaston sadly lost his fight against Covid-19 on 11th February. He was well known to people in Chirk and the local area, both through his work as Groundsman for the AAA's, and through working at Kronospan for 25+ years. He is also much loved and much missed by his whole family who are devastated that he has been taken away from them far too early.

Many people have sent kind wishes and said they want to attend his funeral, but unfortunately the current situation doesn't alllow this. So we're asking that if people want to mark his memory with a donation we would like this to go to the ICU unit at Wrexham Maelor Hospital as they did all that they could for him in his fight against this horrible illness.

The funeral will be passing through Chirk around 11.15-11.30 on Thursday 4th March, so if anybody wants to wave him off they can do so along the main road.

Thanks to everyone - the Kynaston Family
