    Story

A big thank you for coming to visit our fund raising page. We are looking to raise £2,500 over the next 2 weeks, but to do this, we are asking you, our family, friends and even reaching out to those who have never heard of our club or sport, to help us.

Why are we asking for your help? We all know, with ever increasing financial difficulties this world throws at us, so many clubs and organisations need additional support to continue to survive. We provide a place for people with or without a disability, irrespective of your age or gender to come along and get involved. We know through our small club and sport, we offer big dreams. We have helped so many people to improve their overall fitness, or being part of their rehabilitation programme, and helping them to feel less isolated by being part of a team and feeling more social, but most importantly we offer something fun that people want to come back again and again.

However at the moment, we can't get everyone on the ice, because we don't have enough equipment to go around. We hate turning people away, and with your help we can stop doing this. We would like to buy additional kit, to ensure we can get everyone on the ice to start reaching their goals. We also know we don't get on the ice enough, and with the remaining money we would like to add an additional session each month, so we can meet up on a more regular basis. Rest assured, we all pay a monthly fee for being a member of the club, but this amount only goes so far, but with your help you can help the club to continue to grow.

So as a final sign off, I want to say thank you if you donated, or if you're worried you can't donate that much, it doesn't matter! Big or small, every bit of help we receive will be hugely appreciated. If we could also ask you to share this page, in the hope we can gain further support!
