I am raising money to help CTC Dance Company continue their work of providing free mental health inspired workshops for young people all around the UK despite: Disability, Ethnicity and Financial Background. Mental health is such an important topic and is something that we all have. CTC aim to educate and inspire through creative movement and spoken word within their workshops to engage with young people to understand their own mental health and identity.

I am also raising money for upcoming Mental Health Organsiation: Applause For Thought, led by actress Rafealla Covino. Their mantra is ‘Education Equals Prevntion’ and have created: Free Safe Healing Spaces for Black, and Mixed Black Origins; Providing resources and connecting people with therapists, counsellors and coaches; and creating highly discounted courses in Mental Health First Aid for adults and young people.

Within this current time, we need make sure that the next generation of this world, thrive, succeed and are able to live as their true selves. Too many young people have had their Mental Health affected by events in their lives that have not been their fault. Becuase of Social Media or what the Government have to say.
