We are delighted to announce our next charity match in aid of Bradford City legend Allan Gilliver and his chosen charities, Guiseley Memories Cafe, Friends Together and Mill View Care Home.

Friends Together :

Run by a group of lovely volunteers, organise day trips, short breaks, themed lunches and afternoon events. These are all for people living with dementia, their carers and former carers who have lost their loved ones. Because they have lived with the experience of dementia they know exactly what support to offer.

Guiseley Memories Cafe :

Fridays wouldn’t be the same without the friendship and laughter at Guiseley Memories Cafe . It’s run by the most amazing set of volunteers who plan and run each afternoon, we have a dream team in the kitchen who create a 5star buffet every week, lots of wonderful people who support us both emotionally and financially. People who came as guests are now friends , it really is the most uplifting group we’ve been involved in.

Mill View Care Home :

Mill View Care home is now Gillys new home, he has a lovely room in their dementia unit. It’s a beautiful place with the kindest staff who look after him with love and respect. They are constantly fundraising to provide extras for the residents, from magicians, singers and groups to Christmas stockings and Easter eggs .
