You didn't need to see the outpouring of shock and love on social media at new of his death to know Kristoffer Chapman was held so dear by so many. His passing leaves a big empty space amongst his many, many friends and we have organised a tribute and fundraiser in his memory for December 15th. His family have asked that all money be donated to charity helping people living with epilepsy.
