Seeing and reading about the terrible fires in Australia has made me think about what we on the other side of the world can do to help. Such a huge problem. Where do we start? Well we start small, and we do something positive for the future. I adopted a female koala called Anwen from the Koala Hospital in New South Wales. She was rescued from the fires, but is doing really well now. But what for her future when this is over? Thats when I found the hospitals appeal to raise money to buy more koala food trees to plant. $15 ASD (thats about £8) buys a tree. That tree not only grows to feed koalas but provides the chance of recovery for a devasted area. So can Cornwall and its friends raise £800 to buy 100 trees?

UPDATE 6/1/20- we hit our original £800 target in less than 24 hours! So can we reach £1000 and buy 125 trees? UPDATE 7/1/20-£1000 reached! Can we raise £1600 and buy 200 trees?

All funds raised go the the Koala Hospital tree appeal.
