On Friday 29th March, I will be Abseiling down 4Com’s new building at One Lansdowne Plaza, near the centre of Bournemouth. This event will see me and the team travelling down the 115ft building, potentially even in fancy dress.

We’re aiming to raise up to £25,000 for Hope AOK Rucksack Appeal, a local charity who do fantastic work with those who find themselves homeless. As well as providing supported housing for single homeless individuals, they also provide training and education to their residents to help them move forward to non-supported housing and employment.
