Iʼve raised £1,710 to buy a defibrillator and provide training for Woburn Sands in memory of my niece, Sarah Morgan

    Milton Keynes
Funded on Thursday, 16th July 2020

    Story

Five years ago Sarah Morgan chose to be an angel. She was beautiful to the core and full of life. She had a cardiac arrest on a bus and the correct help couldn’t get to her in time. Since then her parents have raised thousands of pounds to put defribrillators into Bus Stations in the Portsmouth area. I promised them then that I would raise money to put a defribrillator on The Station Tavern, Woburn Sands. Things have changed since then and Mags and I have gone our separate ways, however, my love for my niece Sarah and her family has not changed, they will always hold a special place in my heart.

I will be kayaking from Coventry, where Sarah was born, to Milton Keynes on the canal. We have ro be a bit flexible on the dates due to the current climate, but we are looking to go in July/August.🤞

I hope you will support me in this challenge. Remember to hold onto love, not pain. There is enough pain in the world already❤️

I started a previous page and raised £300 which i have added to this page, as it ran out of time!

Two more sleeps then we’re off!! Can’t wait to get going and the weather is looking favourable. I will keep everyone updated via Facebook during trip. We should finish at Campbell Park between 1-2 on Sunday, then we’re going to the Station Tavern to celebrate. Would be great to see you. Once again, everyone’s support has amazed me, thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️

I want to thank everyone so much for all their support. I really am overwhelmed. If you haven’t donated yet but could spare a few pounds I’d be really grateful. I am training really hard and have confirmed we start on the 10th July. Once again, your support is mind blowing!! Please share xx
