Many of us have boys and girls who love football.... maybe your child is part of a local team or academy?

I have recently come in contact with a team in Sierra Leone, and these children LOVE football. Football provides a break from a hard life, they come together with friends and they PLAY. Many are orphans, they walk up to 5 miles to a match, they have limited food and they sleep on the ground.

Oxford United Football Club already provide some great support by donating kits, which the children wear with great pride! I am trying to raise money for these lovely boys and girls to have the basic resources they need including food for after matches, and especially mattresses as so many sleep on the ground.

These children deserve to be able to play and have fun too - can you spare even £3? Even a small amount will make a big difference to these football loving kids.
