Iʼve raised £35,100 to Raising money for Oliver's Journey - making life better. #Oliversjourney
- Morpeth, Northumberland
- Funded on Monday, 30th September 2019
Don't have time to donate right now?
Story
Local lad Oliver Bultitude (age 17) was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer in August 2018. As a result of this he is undergoing aggressive chemotherapy after having his leg amputated.
He is a very determined and amazing young man who is busy studying for his A levels at KEVI 6th Form, Morpeth and looking to attend university in the near future.
The aim of the fundraising is to help make his life better... in any capacity we can! He would eventually like to have a sports leg which would help him to return to his much loved sports, unfortunately and unfairly he won’t receive funding for this as he will be over 18 when he is ready for one. Sports legs are extremely expensive, as are improved prosthetic legs, so any money we can raise would be fabulous and can be saved ready for when he needs one. In the meantime we would like to support him in any way that makes life just that little bit easier.
Our target is to raise £15,000.

6 years agoWe would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone for their continued support over the last few months. The fundraising efforts have been amazing; thanks to everyone who has raised money by attending our events, running, cycling and even sky diving, sold candles and t-shirts, donated prizes and bought raffle tickets, the list really is endless... We are now into our final weeks of fundraising as the Just Giving page will close on 30th September 2019. Keep up to date on our fb/instagram page with our final fund-raising efforts x
