Our NHS, Healthcare and Frontline workers need accessible PPE and face protection to protect themselves whilst they protect us. To help we are manufacturing and donating much needed PPE in the form of face shields to where they are needed most.

As an event production company, who have been hit hard by the pandemic, we have been able to adapt our facilities and skillset to design and produce a PPE face shield that is safe, clean, efficient, lightweight and reusable. Our solution was inspired by refining the hugely successful approach created by the 3D printing community, and we can now produce approximately 700+ of these kits per day, each kit contains five replaceable visors, giving 3500 uses to frontline staff.

We have produced 2000 kits to date which are already on their way to the front line. We would love to reach our target of 30,000 kits. A £2 donation today will provide one PPE Face Shield kit, with five visors providing at least five uses to protect any worker on the frontline.

This design has a simple flatpack construction, with easy to follow Instructions and has a reusable headband. Each pack contains five replaceable visors, additional visors can be sourced and made from home using widely available stationary supplies.The simplicity of the design and the materials needed allows anyone with CNC or laser facilities to produce this PPE kit.
