I've raised £60000 to Creating Lifesavers. Undertaking a mammoth ten-week challenge — hitting a golf ball from John O’Groats to Land’s End.

David’s passion for teaching people CPR came about when he was faced with a life-or-death situation. When a young man experienced a cardiac arrest in front of him, David luckily knew what to do. He gave CPR for 17 minutes until the man could be treated with a defibrillator.
It was only thanks to his training, and a defibrillator being nearby, that he was able to help save the man, who luckily made a full recovery.
David is hoping to equip others with essential life-saving skills and hopes his charity challenge will teach as many people as possible the skill of CPR and ensure that many more locations in the country are equipped with defibrillators.
David’s fundraising target for the event is £60,000. The money raised will help place life-saving defibrillators into villages, towns and cities up and down the country.

"I love this initiative!!!
Creating Lifesavers is a fantastic and imaginative project which will save countless lives and equip thousands of ordinary people with the skills to carry out successful CPR. It will also provide much needed easy-to- use defibrillators all over the country and help us catch up with other countries whose survival rates after cardiac arrest are vastly better than ours.
Let’s change that. Let’s all support Creating Lifesavers financially and otherwise !!!"
