Story

I am raising funds to record my settings of eight Urgyen Sangharakshita poems - entitled "Sangharakshita Songs" - with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and the South African baritone Theo Magongoma, conducted by Ben Gernon. A recording has been scheduled to take place on Friday 9th February 2024. It will be released worldwide by SOMM CD. The disc will also include my "Carbon Symphony", recorded by the same orchestra and conductor in 2019 but as yet unreleased commercially; it can currently be heard on Youtube. The song cycle is also on Youtube in a piano version with baritone Graham Titus.
