Today we were told of the devastating news that a man who many of us younger guys looked up to, a man who always seemed happy, a man that would help anyone, a man that loved all his friends and family and was loved by all! No matter how young or old you are in the oval racing world then the name Dave "KINGY" King will be a familiar one to you, he was the biggest showman and people travelled the country to watch him race and crash cars!
The sad news of his passing has gripped the racing world along with all of his close friend and family. The last 12hours has really just shown how loved the man was and how respected he became over all these years.
The Family many of us have known since we were in nappies and would always be there to help us if it was needed. So now is the time to give a little back and all money donated will go to a charity chosen by the family of Dave King.
