Story
Christian, a local man who sustained severe head injuries after being knocked over as a child, has had his new electric bicycle stolen from outside the Wych Elm public house.
Christian had a loan from social services to buy the bicycle and it was only purchased 3 weeks ago.
His bicycle is his lifeline and he uses it daily to visit his mother in a care home and to get around in his daily life.
We would like to raise enough money to buy him a new electric bicycle and a good quality heavy duty lock!

5 years agoWe are delighted to let everyone know that we have had an amazingly kind donation of an electric bicycle for Christian. This wonderful gesture has allowed Christian to become mobile again and, as I’m sure you can tell from the picture, he is absolutely over the moon. The donator, who wishes to remain anonymous, is testament to how kind and generous people can actually be. The generously donated funds will be used to update the bicycle with a powerful set of lights, a good quality lock and a service. Thank you all for your kind donations.
