For Michael’s funeral in lieu of flowers I'm raising funds to give a young adult an opportunity to have an ADHD assessment who has been on the waiting list for so long and who is in desperate need of a diagnosis to get help with everyday living because of this condition.

This is in memory of my son Michael who was denied his ADHD diagnosis. Anyone who knew Michael knew he was a loving, kind, caring person who looked after his own kind. This will be Michael’s last chance to help somebody in his memory.
