Carmel College is a supporter of The Peru Mission (theperumission.org.uk).
The Peru Mission is dedicated to the relief of need amongst the disadvantaged poor of Iquitos in north-eastern Peru. They have built classrooms, food kitchens, chapels, community halls, sports fields and a bakery in their fourteen years of operating in Peru.
The college is looking to help the mission by fundraising to provide building materials, educational resources, etc. and to fund several short-term volunteers from among our pupils and staff to work on some of the mission's projects.
