Story
As part of our primary teacher training at the University of Chichester, we have taken on a project whereby we hope to create an engaging and inspiring outdoor reading garden at a local primary school. This reading garden will provide an ideal learning environment in which children of all ages can discover a lifelong love of reading and in turn access a range of other learning opportunities.
In order to achieve this, we have set ourselves the challenge of walking a 25 mile section of the South Downs Way (see picture of route above!) to raise sponsorship money to help fund the project. We would be extremely grateful for any donations in support of our challenge which will fund an extremely valuable cause.
For us, this is more than just a module; it is ultimately about 'making change happen'.
Thank you in advance for all of your support!
