Story

***£5000 initial target achieved 21/11/2020***

Coronavirus has affected us all in some way and it's taking everything it can with it at the moment including our ability to go and watch our favourite football club!

Due to Covid-19, Walsall Football Club are having to play their 2020/21 games behind closed doors, meaning that they are not able to get their usual matchday income from fans coming through the turnstiles and spening their money.

If you could donate any amount that would be amazing and it will all make a difference to our club. You could maybe donate the cost of any of / a combination of the following:

- Matchday Programme (£2)

- Pie & Pint (£5)

- Match Ticket (the difference between iFollow and your actual match ticket perhaps)

- Goals scored either in total or just for Walsall (£1 per goal)

- Any other amount you'd like.

It has now been agreed with the club that the funds raised from this effort will be used to pay for the mandatory heart screenings that the academy players aged 16-20 have to undertake to check for any undetected issues. Any money raised above the cost of this screening will also be used to contribute towards the Academy getting a new minibus to travel to games in, as this is something that will be required over the next few months.

There is no limit to the amount you can donate, but be assured that every last penny donated will be presented to Walsall Football Club once processing fees have been taken.

Please spread the word and play your part in helping Walsall Football Club thrive in this time of uncertainty.

Your support has always been amazing, let's keep proving it.

Thank You and Up The Saddlers!
