Over the past few years fundraising has been tough for many charities, this is why the Managing Director of Rewind Radio is taking on the mammoth 26.2 hour non stop radio marathon to raise money for two charities.

The first charity is Children's Hospice South West based in St Austell. They provide hospice care for children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their whole family. Hospice breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 wonderful children's hospices; including Little Harbour in Cornwall.

The second charity is HD Livin’. A charity setup to help Huntington’s Disease (HD) sufferers and their families. Huntington’s Disease is a mixture of neurological disorders including Parkinson’s, Dementia and Motor Neurone Disease. Sufferers live between 16 & 20 years from onset. Sadly a team member at Rewind Radio has family who are on a journey with this disease.
