Leeds Rowing Club Junior Academy have had a great regatta season. The squad and the coaches have all worked really hard in training and that has paid of with fantastic results in regattas and at the British Rowing Junior Championships. They are hoping to build on their sucess and do even better in the next season. To do this they will need to replace outdated and broken equipment. To give you an idea of costs, a set of blades (oars) are about £450 and a new boat would cost into the thousands!

The squad will be completing pairs erg marathons on Saturday 23 September. Each team of two will row 42.2km (26.2 miles) and they would be very grateful for any sponsorship donations you can give.
