As many of you will know, our great friend passed away earlier this year following a short battle against bone cancer. Gav was a courageous, kind and funny lad (who could forget that smile)
As well as being a police officer, looking out for the public welfare, and being a great son, brother and friend, Gav was a devoted family man who always put his family first. He often spoke about his future with his wife Kezi and their beautiful daughter Tilly, but sadly the evil that is cancer tore this dream away from Gav.
In his memory, as it was something he wanted to do, a group of friends are going walk the national 3 peaks (hopefully he will be looking over us and pulling us up) As well as doing this in Gav's memory we are looking to raise money to add to a trust fund that has been set up for Tilly, so that the money raised can go someway to ensuring Gav's dreams for Kezi and Tilly are kept alive.
