I am trying to help families who are affected by cancer so that they do not have to suffer from the same loss as me and my family.

My beautiful Mum lost her life fighting until the very last second to cancer. Before my Mun passed away I made a promise to her that I would raise £1,000 for every year of her amazing life. I will be organising fundraising events until I reach the total of £43,000.

So far we have raised over £34,000 which is amazing. We have had tea and cake sales, ran marathons, walked the Yorkshire Peaks, entered boxing fights, shaved our heads, completed triathlons and cycled from Coast to Coast.

I would especially like to thank Redrow Homes, Salford Harriers, Seven Brothers Brewery, Property Alliance Group and Russell Homes amongst others for their fantastic generosity so far.

The support around my family from the various charities has bee so helpful and my thank you is raising money for them.

The whole world will see the difference when there is a cure to all cancers.

All the donations will be split between Macmillan, St. Ann's Hospice and The Christie to make sure an end to cancer comes sooner.
