The really important thing for me is that I choose a charity where a little money will make a really big difference. A Rocha is just such a charity and I know they do great work because my friend Lisa is their fundraiser- so you can be sure the money is well spent! Those who know me will know my fondness for nature and for all God's creatures great and small. Bats, puffins and bunnies to name just three.

I've been really struck running through the beautiful parks and trees in Edinburgh; it's a city of terrific natural beauty. I feel inspired and I want others to be able to enjoy the same inspiration for many years to come.

Oh and I managed the run in 2 hrs 14 and didn't stop, so that's worth a few pennies! Thanks!!
