Story
Thanks for your interest in Redr and our entry into the Disaster Relief Challenge.
The Disaster Relief Challenge is a tough and exciting 12 hour event where we will encounter some extreme situations faced by aid workers in the field. Competing against others, we'll be racing against the clock, completing a cross country orienteering course between activities such as water pump construction, a logistics challenge, a mass casualty scenario and a security scenario...........!
Redr is an international group of engineers and other professionals training aid agencies and local communities in disaster hit regions. Areas of their work include provision of water, sanitation, shelter, health, security and logistics.
I hope you'll agree that Redr is a charity well worth supporting. Please help us get the ball rolling and give as much as you can. We'll need as much luck and support and as we can get. Thanks very much!
