On November 6th Charlie Duffield, Dominic Craver and I, Cornelius Frey, will run the NEW YORK MARATHON on our quest to raise many thousand pounds to help disabled children from deprived backgrounds lead lifes as normal as possible, just as they deserve.  --- update November 03rd: 3 days to go, flying to NY tomorrow - final run in london, graced by the charming reassurances of burning hips and coughing up blood due to bronchitis! but hey, charlie and dom are ill too so at least we can run together.. all will be good!

--- update October 14th: we are now fundraising mainly in london and it's going well! the marathon is coming closer and we will fly out on November 4th. a little known fact: running for hours on end every day can be exceptionally boring as well as exhausting so beware. but its all for a good cause, so do give please - every penny goes to WhizzKidz directly. thank you!

--- update September 13th: completed the first 30km run at speed in frankfurt yesterday and my hips are giving me the distinct feeling that i myself might soon be in need of whizz-kidz help.. thank you so much for donations to date and please keep on supporting! cornelius.

 --- update August 25th: after 3 months in moscow and many miles along the moscow river (involving nearly falling in 3 times and hallucinating about getting killed 1 time - stupid fireworks!) i am on my way to italy. training is going well and the flights are booked - thanks to generous sponsors british airways.
