This year the 3rd UK Police Unity Tour has been organised to cycle from London on the 24th July arriving at the National Arboretum in Litchfield on the 26th July.

This event was inspired by the American Police Unity Tour that takes place every May to co-inside with their National Police Week.  Chapter VIII have allowed us the honour of joining them on this 280 mile ride for the last 8 years.

To help raise funds I will be running various fitness sessions for groups or individuals (fully qualified and insured).  This can include spin classes, circuit training, bootcamp and personal training.  If you are interested in taking part contact me via www.befitsoutheast.co.uk

We are raising money for: Care of Police Survivors... (COPS) who are dedicated to helping surviving UK families rebuild their lives after the trauma of a line of duty death of a Police Officer. They aim to provide the survivors with all the help they need to cope with such a tragedy by survivors helping survivors.
