Story
Colin Poole at the age of approaching 75 is running his 300th marathon in Beirut on 27th November 2011 in aid of the RNLI.
Colin's family who were coxswain and second coxswain of the Appledore Lifeboat in N Devon is a charity close to his heart.
In 2007 many of you supported Colin's 200th marathon with a target of £2000, and he looks forward to your support again for the higher target of £3000
