Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 3rd November I am Abseiling down my head office in Romford, don't ask me why as I cant even walk over a bridge without my heart being in my mouth, and my guts on the floor!!

But there is a reason and and that is to raise money for one of my Favourite charities 'St Francis Hospice' who looked after some very special people in my life in their final days. whose care and compassion knows no bounds
