Children and young people across the UK are currently facing a multitude of challenges, including illness, poverty, mental health problems, isolation, loneliness and social injustice. Sadly, the coronavirus pandemic has made life even harder for those who were already experiencing difficulties in their lives. This year Toyota and BBC Children in Need are coming together to change the lives of children and young people all across the UK.
