Story
Hello folks. Thank you very much indeed for sponsoring me.
This is the latest in a series of adventures dating back to 2008 when my premature mid-life crisis began...
On Saturday 15th August, I'll be beginning a cycle from the most easterly point in mainland UK to the most westerly. Just to spice it up a bit, I shall be tackling 10 of the toughest hills in the country en route (a bit like last time out but different hills!).
It's all in support of Emma's Bubble Trust, a terrific bunch who have done a huge amount over the years to raise money for the teenage cancer unit at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Surrey. Please take a look at their website:
http://www.emmasbubbletrust.org/Back in 2008, a friend and I completed a 95-mile row up the Thames from Kingston to Oxford, the 3 Peak 24-hr challenge, a 500-mile cycle around the Irish coast, a trek up Kilimanjaro and a 50-mile saunter along the South Downs. In 2009 and 2015 I also took part in the 'Ride for Emma' London to Brighton cycles. You can see some photos from our various exploits here:

Thanks to all who have offered donations, support and words of encouragement along the way! It's hugely appreciated...
And thanks again for taking the time and digging deep!
Cheers, Chris.
