Matt and I are planning on "Yomping" (a mix of running and fast walking) from Epsom Downs to Hayling Island. The distance of which totals some 120kms (approx 71miles).

In this insane challenge, we hope to raise some much needed funds for two charities that we have a close bond. Matt will be raising money for The MS Society and myself The Children's Trust.
