We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

It was with some considerable consternation that I joined with Rick,Jayne, Paul and Angie to complete the Land's End to John O Groats aka Le Jog (?!) cycle ride. However 15 days and1050miles later, and ,thanks to padded underwear I completed the route!! We had a splendid time, ate lots, met many pleasant folk and throughly enjoyed the route through England a bit of Wales and Scotland. We recieved lots of support from our friends via our mobile phones but completed the route without suport vehicles.

I am supporting Alzheimer's Society in memory of my Mother and in recognition of all those who are caring for family members who are sufferin from the disorder.
