Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My Dad died in Februray and I have decided to do this in his memory, He was not a huge cricket fan but spent hours with me playing Cricket in the drive when I was young so wanted to celebrate his life by trying to make a difference however small to people less lucky than myself.

To this end I will be spending 2 weeks in Botswana coaching cricket and trying to educate about Aids Awareness at the same time, I realise Money is tight but if any of you can spare something towards this charity it would be greatly appreciated. None of the money raised is being used to pay for my trip - I'm doing that this is to fund the coaching network and kit we will take with us so if you can afford anything howver small it would be great and don't forget to Gift Aid it so the Tory Government can make their own contribution :-)

About the charity

Cricket Without Boundaries is dedicated to helping, educating and developing local communities around the world through the spread and growth of cricket. Crucially, CWB also uses cricket as a tool in the fight against AIDS. CWB’s training sessions have at their heart discussion about the disease in terms of prevention, treatment and equality of treatment for those with and without the disease.
