Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am doing this charity skydive in memory of the beautiful Charlotte Louise Gilliver who sadly had her life taken by this terrible condition at the young age of 26 years old.
Charli, was a lovely, bubbly girl who always had a smile on her face, even towards the end. Personally, my favourite thing about Charli was her smile, it brightened up the room.
I met Charli when I was just 5 years old, and every time we saw each other we gelled and we always had a laugh together. My fondest memory with Charli was when I stayed over for a 'pamper sesh' and we just chilled in bed watching movies, that night we planned to go to New York together for my 18th Birthday, unfortunately, that will never happen but when I do eventually get there, I know that Charli will be with me.
The last time I ever saw Charli was a few months before she passed and she was lay in her bed which over-looked the living room of her house. She was sat with her dog on her lap, who was named after her father, Keith, who had sadly died 7 months before she did. She called me over and told me: "Never go to bed without saying I Love You to your family, and never go to bed on an argument that hasn't been resolved, if my life has told me one thing George, it's that family is everything and you cannot live without the support of them there - I believe that is why I have lived so long, with the support and love off my family."
Everything that Charli did inspired me, she was fighting this horrible condition for the duration of her short, but beautiful life. She was so strong and was so determined. She always had so much love to share with everyone.
Therefore, my aim is to raise as much money as I can to help support this charity, my target is £500, but I'd really love and appreciate it if we could smash this and get nearer £1000. The jump will take place at Brackley in March 2017.
She truly was gorgeous inside and out.
R.I.P Charli,
you will always be love and missed dearly xx
