I'm 19 and I've been living with life-threatening  food allergies for my whole life. So many people have allergies of varying degrees of severity that, I believe, the condition is kind of overlooked. But living with a daily caution about what you eat or do can be life-limiting and daunting.

The Anaphylaxis Campaign provide loads of support for people like me, making us feel like we can live normally with our allergies and making us feel confident, while still living safely!

I'll be keeping you updated with the events that I'm running to raise money for this amazing charity, and I hope you'll give as generously as you can.
