We are a bunch of middle aged neighbours and friends whose collective mid life crisis appears to be a desire for a physical challenge and some general 'do-goodery'. Cathcart in Glasgow is where we live but there are more than a few with roots and family in Donegal.  After a 50th birthday party too many in 2015, the idea of cycling from Glasgow to Donegal was suggested......and in the absence of a good reason not to...on  we go.  The departure date is set for Cathcart on May 26th and with a fair wind, we should arrive in Gortahork on the 29th. 

We are taking the opportunity to raise money for the Donegal Hospice in Letterkenny and the Glasgow Hospice.  Both are fantastic organisations who provide a wonderful service to their local communities. A sincere thank you  in advance for whatever donation you can spare. It is hugely appreciated by all of us involved in the Cathcart Pedallers.
